ANNOUNCEMENT

The Annual General Meeting of Agros Development "Proodos" Public Co Ltd took place on Saturday, 15 June 2012 at 11.00a.m. at the Rodon Hotel in Agros. The AGM:

1. Reviewed and approved the Directors Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended December 2012.
1. Pursuant to the Articles of Association, Messrs Andreas Georgiou and Nicos Hadjijoseph Board Members withdrew pursuant to the rotation process. They put themselves forward for re-election.

The AGM:

(a) Re-elected unanimously Messrs Andreas Georgiou and Nicos Hadjijoseph as Board Members.
(b) Set the remuneration of the Board of Directors for the year 2013.
(c) Reappointed KPMG LIMITED as auditors and authorized the Board of Directors to set their remuneration for the year 2013.
