We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of ΑΙΑΝΤΑS INVESTMENT PUBLIC LTD, held on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 approved the following:
a) The Directors' Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2012.
b) The re-election of Evros Demetriades and Andreas S. Papaparaskevas as Board members.
c) The remuneration of the Board members.
d) The reappointment of A.E CHARALAMBOUS & Co AUDITORS Ltd as auditors for 2013 and the authorization of the Board of Directors to set their remuneration.
