Subject: Board of Directors decisions taken at a meeting

We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors at a meeting held on the 29 August, 2013, studied and approved the financial results of the Group and the interim management report for the six months period which ended on 30th June, 2013 a copy of which is attached.

The results will be published on Monday, 2nd of September, 2013 at "Politis" newspaper.

Copies will be available at the Company's headquarters in Poseidon Avenue 77 in Kato Paphos.
