Laiki Capital Public Co Ltd (the "Company") announces that Mr. Stelios Hadjiosif submitted his resignation from his position as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company as well as from his position as a Member of the Board of Directors of its subsidiary company, Laiki Financial Services Limited, on 3rd September 2013.
