Re: Notice about increase over 15% of the total vote in a public company

Under Art.69 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (dated 29 July 2005 with later amendments) Jaspen Capital Partners Limited hereby informs, that as a result of acquisition of Agroton Public Limited shares ("Company"), Jaspen Capital Partners Limited holds above 15% share in capital and voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company.

Date and type of event which led to a change in the share in the total vote:

• transaction date:19th of November 2013
• settlement date: 22th of November 2013

Number of shares held prior to the change and their percentage share in the Company's share capital, and percentage share in the total vote:

3,250,066 shares; 14.998% in the in the Company's share capital;

Number of shares held after the change and their percentage share in the Company's share capital, and percentage share in the total vote:

3,256,187 votes, 15.026% in the total vote.
