ANNOUNCEMENT

Laiki Capital Public Co Ltd (the "Company") announces that, at today's meeting, its Board of Directors approved the Condensed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements of the Group (where "Group" means the Company and its subsidiary, Laiki Financial Services Limited) for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2013, which are hereby attached.

Extract of the Condensed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements of the Group will be published in the newspaper "Philelepheros" on Tuesday, December 3, 2013. The Condensed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements will not be sent to the shareholders, but the interested investors could obtain, free of charge, copy of the entire text of them at the Company's offices, Laiki Capital House, 26 Byron Avenue, 1096, Nicosia. The Condensed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements are also available on the Company's website (www.laikifs.com) and on the website of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (www.cse.com.cy).
