Further to the Notice of Results of a Meeting given by the Issuer to the holders of the above Notes on 31 December 2013, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the modifications referred to in the Extraordinary Resolution set out in the Notice of Meeting delivered to Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V. and Clearstream Banking, société anonyme, and delivered to the Regulatory News Service of the London Stock Exchange, on 26 November 2013, and passed at the Meeting of such holders on 18 December 2013, have been implemented.
