LAIKI CAPITAL PUBLIC CO LTD

ANNOUNCEMENT

Laiki Capital Public Co Ltd (the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors approved the Indicative Financial Results of the Group (where "Group" means the Company and its subsidiary, Laiki Financial Services Limited) for the year ended December 31, 2013, which are hereby attached.

Extract of the Indicative Financial Results of the Group will be published in the newspaper "Filelepheros" on Thursday, February 27, 2014. The Indicative Financial Results will not be sent to the shareholders, but the interested investors could obtain, free of charge, copy of the entire text of them at the Company's offices, Laiki Capital House, 26 Byron Avenue, 1096 Nicosia. The Indicative Financial Results are also available on the Company's website, www.laikifs.com and on website of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (www.cse.com.cy).

Additionally, the Board of Directors has appointed Mrs Maria Ioannou Achillides as its new Secretary and Officer responsible for Compliance with the Corporate Governance Code and Stockbroking matters of the Company, in replacement of Mrs Georgia Danou.

Finally, pursuant to article 127B(4) of the Companies' Law, Chapter 113, the Company announces that the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders will take place will on June 18, 2014. The notification of the Annual General Meeting will be determined during the examination of the Final Audited Financial Statements for 2013, which will be announced and posted in due time, pursuant to the provisions of the Law.
