PRELIMINARY RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31ST DECEMBER 2013

We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd, during today's meeting, examined and approved the preliminary results of the financial year 2013.

You can see the preliminary results in the attached explanatory statement.

The preliminary results and the explanatory statement of the Group for the year ended 31^st December 2013, will not be sent to the shareholders, but will be published in the newspaper "Fileleftheros" on Friday 28^th February 2014.
