Meeting of the Board of Directors to examine and approve the audited final results for the year 2013

We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd will have a meeting on the 27th of March 2014 at 3:00pm to examine the following issues:

• Examination and approval of the audited final results for the year 2013. $1.$
• To set a date for the Annual General Meeting for the year 2014. $2.$

The final results will be announced before the start of the stock exchange meeting on 28th of March 2014.
