Change of the Date of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to examine and approve the audited final results for the year 2013

We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd will have the meeting on the 29th of April 2014 at 3:00pm instead of the 27th of March 2014 as we already announced, to examine the following issues:

• $1.$ Examination and approval of the audited final results for the year 2013.
• $2.$ To set a date for the Annual General Meeting for the year 2014.

The final results will be announced before the start of the stock exchange meeting on the 30th of April 2014.
