Valamar Riviera d.d. with its registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company or Valamar), following the published notice of business relations and business expansion in Austria dated 23/11/2021, 20/5/2022 and 3/6/2022 hereby informs that on July 12, 2022, the Company has concluded the Contract in relation to the management of hotel tourist properties and facilities with the company Kesselspitze GmbH & Co KG (hotel management contract) by which Valamar has taken over the management of hotel Kesselspitze in Obertauern.

Hotel Kesselspitze is categorized as a 5* hotel, has 66 keys, restaurant, pool and wellness facilities as well as an excellent location with immediate ski-in/out access to the ski resort. The hotel's repositioning to Valamar Collection Kesselspitze Hotel is planned for the winter season 2022/2023.
