We hereby inform you that an Annual General Meeting has been arranged for Friday 13th, June 2014 to deal with the following:

1. Consideration of the Board of Directors' Report, the auditors' report and the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2013.

2. Election of the members of the Board of Directors to replace those retiring.

3. Determination of the remuneration of the Board of Directors.

4. Re-appointment of the auditors and authorization of the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration.
