Bank of Ireland Group plc ("the Group") announces that subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2023, the proposed final dividend for 2022 of 21.0 cent per share which was announced by the Group on 7 March 2023, will be paid on 13 June 2023 to shareholders on the register on 12 May 2023.
