Audited Financial Statements of Agroton Public Ltd for the Year Ended 31 December 2013

In accordance with the provisions of the Transparency Requirements (Securities Admitted to Trading on a Regulated Market) Laws of 2007 and 2009, we hereby disclose that in its meeting dated 30 April 2014, the Company's Board of Directors approved the audited consolidated financial statements of Agroton Group for the year ended 31 December 2013, the full set of which is attached to the present announcement.

Copies of the audited consolidated financial statements of Agroton Group may be obtained from the Company's registered office, 1 Lampousas Street, 1095 Nicosia.

The aforementioned audited financial statements have been uploaded to the Company's official website [http://www.agroton.com.ua/en/], as well as to the official website of the Cyprus Stock Exchange [http://www.cse.com.cy] under its capacity as the official storage mechanism for disclosures made by issuers registered in Cyprus.
