TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

On 13 March 2023 Personal Assets Trust plc ("the Company") bought 425,000 of its own ordinary shares of 12.50p to be held in Treasury at a price of 468.1176p each. 

The Company's issued share capital consists of 392,805,200 ordinary shares, of which 675,000 ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in Personal Assets Trust plc is 392,130,200.

The above figure (392,130,200) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
