Laiki Capital Public Co Ltd (the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors will meet on May 26, 2014 to examine, among other subjects, the consolidated financial results of the Group (where "Group" means the Company and its subsidiary, Laiki Financial Services Limited) for the three month period ended March 31, 2014.
The consolidated financial results of the Group will be announced to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission on the same day.
