Cancellation of Treasury Shares

Man Group plc (the Company) announces that on 9 March 2023, it cancelled 37,206,823 ordinary shares previously held in treasury.  Following the cancellation of these shares, the total issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement comprised 1,313,349,959 ordinary shares of 33/7 US cents each fully paid. This figure includes 74,340,564 ordinary shares which are held in Treasury, leaving a balance of 1,239,009,395 ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure of 1,239,009,395 may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their major interest in, or a change to their major interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
