Pursuant to Article 133 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby announce Management Board meetings of AD Plastik to be held on:

• April 22, 2022 audited consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements for 2021 will be discussed at the meeting,
• April 27, 2022 unaudited consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements for the first quarter of 2022 will be discussed at the meeting.
