Nicosia, 12 June 2014.
Yesterday, the 11th June 2014, the Annual General Meeting of the Public Company Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc took place.
At the meeting Mr. Marios Shacolas, Demetris Demetriou, Pampos Ioannides and Chrysoula Shacola were re-elected as Directors.
The Chairman of the Company stated that in view of the profitability, the Board of Directors will be called before the end of the year to examine the payment of interim dividend.
