Publication of the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts

The 2022 Annual Report and Accounts has today been published and is available on the Company's website at www.serco.com.

A hard copy version of the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting will be sent to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications on or about 20 March 2023.  The Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting will be made available on the Company's website to those shareholders who have not elected to receive paper communications on the same date.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and DTR 6.3.5, a copy of the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
