Subject: Notice on the Impact of the Russian-Ukrainian Crisis (inside information)

Valamar Riviera d.d. with its registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company or Valamar), informs the investment public that the Russian-Ukrainian crisis currently has no significant impact on the Company and Group's business.

The Russian and Ukrainian source markets account for up to 2% of the Company and Group's turnover and it is expected that their absence could be compensated from other source markets, although in the current prevailing circumstances of uncertainty it is not possible to predict all potential impacts of the crisis on business, macroeconomic and political factors.

In particular, the Company emphasizes that it closely monitors the course of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis and continuously assesses possible impacts on business. The Company emphasizes that these are conclusions based on the facts, knowledge and circumstances currently available, and the related estimates. Valamar will publish all relevant information regarding the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis on underlying factors, prospects or financial stability in accordance with the relevant regulations.
