Laiki Capital Public Co Ltd (the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors will meet on July 28, 2014 to examine, among other subjects, the consolidated financial results of the Group (where "Group" means the Company and its subsidiary, Laiki Financial Services Limited) for the six month period ended June 30, 2014.
The consolidated financial results of the Group will be announced to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission the next day.
