• Acceptance by the Single Resolution Board of HPB's offer for purchase of shares in Sberbank d.d.

Hrvatska poštanska banka p.l.c. (hereinafter: HPB), informs the investment public, on the occasion of yesterday's announcement of the Single Resolution Board (SRB), that SRB has accepted HPB's binding offer to purchase a 100% ownership stake in Sberbank d.d., which will operate as a part of the HPB Group after the completion of rehabilitation procedure.

In this way, the HPB Group will provide its customers with services through a network expanded with 30 new business centers for citizens and 12 for corporations and entrepreneurs.

All funds belonging to depositors of the new member of the HPB Group are secure and all agreed conditions remain the same, and the bank's clients can dispose of their funds without any restrictions.

HPB will inform the investment public in a timely manner about all future steps.
