Total Voting Rights and Capital

WPP confirms that its issued share capital as at 28 February 2023 consisted of 1,141,427,296 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 70,489,953 Ordinary Shares were held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in WPP is 1,070,937,343 This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, WPP under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
