Response on the ZSE inquiry

As a response to your inquiry about the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis and the imposed sanctions on our business operations, we hereby inform you that production in all factories of AD Plastik Group runs smoothly. Certain risks are apparent in the business operations of Russian companies, which, given the uncertainties and the accelerated change of circumstances, cannot be precisely quantified. The sanctions which were imposed and announced so far, do not have a direct impact on business, but indirect effects such as disruption of logistics flows, weakening of the ruble exchange rate, growth of the reference interest rate and the like are noticeable.

Unfortunately, this is a situation we cannot influence, but aware of the complexity and uncertainty, we are intensively monitoring the development of the situation. We are focused on our business activities and crisis management as much as possible.
