Senior Independent Director Change
Further to the announcement on 22 July 2022 that Helena Ganczakowski will retire from the Board on 26 April 2023 following the AGM, the Board of Croda International Plc is pleased to announce that Jacqui Ferguson will succeed Helena Ganczakowski as Senior Independent Director with effect from Helena's retirement.
Anita Frew, Chair of Croda International Plc, commented:
