Second Quarterly Interim Dividend
The Directors have declared that a second quarterly interim dividend of 1.0 pence per share for the financial year ending 31st July 2023 will be paid on 21st April 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10th March 2023 (ex-dividend date 9th March 2023).
The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), which is managed by the Company's registrar. For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar, Equiniti Limited.
