Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.lc., Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4 (hereinafter: the Bank) in accordance with the Article 474 of the Capital Market Act, hereby discloses that, as per February 23, 2022 it has disposed of 1,136 own shares labeled HPB-R-A, which represent 0.056109% of the Bank's shareholder equity.

Disposal of mentioned own shares has been carried out in line with the Resolution by the General Assembly, made on May 10, 2021, granting the Management Board with authorization to purchase and to dispose of own shares, as well as in line with Share Buyback Programme commencing from January 19, 2022 until the next General Assembly of the Bank in 2022.

Disposal that is the subject of this notice was carried out outside of regulated market based on concluded Agreements on share transfer. Transfer of shares from digital securities account opened in SKDD has been carried out on February 23, 2022.

Before the disposal mentioned above, the Bank had a total of 1,136 of own shares, representing 0.056109% of the Bank's shareholder equity. Following the disposal, Bank has no more own share in its account. Shareholder equity of the Bank amounts to HRK 1,214,775,000.00 and is divided into 2,024,625 common shares at face value of HRK 600.00 each.
