L'Oreal International Group has announced officially the full acquisition of the cosmetic brands Decleor & Carita on international level.
Rolandos Group has been officially informed from L'Oreal International, that Decleor & Carita will cease its operations and activities under the leadership of Rolandos Group on 31 December 2014.
The operations & management of the brands (Decleor & Carita) are transferred automatically under L'Oreal's umbrella and their representatives.
Rolandos Group will sufficiently maintain its operations and fully support its private clientele network up to the date of 31 December 2014.
