Notice of Management Presentation
Rentokil Initial plc (the "Company") will announce its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2022 on Thursday, 16 March 2023. A management presentation and Q&A for investors and analysts will be held on 16 March from 9.15am to approximately 11.00am (GMT) in the Bartholomew Suite Conference Room, The Leonardo Royal Hotel, 45 Prescot Street, London E1 8GP.
The presentation and Q&A will be hosted by Andy Ransom, CEO, Stuart Ingall-Tombs, CFO and Brett Ponton, President and CEO North America. In addition to a discussion of the Preliminary Results, the management team will also provide an update on the Terminix integration process, the Pest Control market and the Company's North America growth strategy.
