Pursuant to the provisions of Article 133 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company or Valamar), hereby announces that a Management Board meeting was held on 16 th February 2022, during which the unaudited quarterly financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2021 and the Company`s audited annual financial statements for the year 2021 were determined.

Pursuant to provision of Article 300d of the Companies Act, the audited annual financial statements for the year 2021 have been submitted to the Supervisory Board for review and approval.
