Subject: HRVATSKA POŠTANSKA BANKA, p.l.c. - regulated information - notice on changes in number of voting shares outstanding and number of voting rights (art 473 CMA)

Hrvatska poštanska banka, plc. Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4 (hereinafter: the Bank) in accordance with the Capital Market Act, Article 473, and pursuant to the Share Buyback Programme, hereby submits a notice that it has purchased a total of 341 HPB own shares labeled HPB over the the course of the period from January 19 and January 26, 2022.

Before the purchase – as per January 18, 2022 – Bank had a total of 795 shares without voting rights, having represented of a share of 0.039266% in the Bank's shareholder equity. Following the purchase – as per January 27, 2022 – Bank has a total of 1,136 own shares without voting rights, representing a share of 0.056109% in the Bank's shareholder equity.

Shareholder equity of the Bank has remained unchanged and amounts to HRK 1,214,775,000.00 and is divided into 2,024,625 common shares at face value of HRK 600.00 each, which after deducting 1,136 own shares without voting rights equals 2,023,489 of common shares with voting rights or 99.943890% in the shareholder equity.
