Board Committee Changes
VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Daniella Carneiro, a non-executive Director of the Company, has replaced Bernard Bulkin as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 21 February 2023. Ms Carneiro has also been appointed as a member of the Company's Audit Committee, the Management Engagement Committee and the Nomination Committee with effect from 21 February 2023. Ms Carneiro's appointment is part of the Board's ongoing commitment to ensure that the Board maintains suitable diversity and representation. Mr Bulkin will remain a member and Chairman of the Board.
These disclosures are made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3) R.
