Adjourned General Meeting

Consistent with the Company's announcement on 15 February 2023, Capricorn opened the General Meeting (relating to the transaction with NewMed Energy – Limited Partnership ("NewMed") which had been adjourned from 1 February 2023) at 10am today and as a result of the termination of the business combination agreement entered into between the Company and NewMed on 29 September 2022, the proposed resolutions were withdrawn and the General Meeting immediately closed with no shareholder vote taking place.
