Hrvatska poštanska banka p.l.c. (hereinafter: the Bank) announces that on December 30, 2021 it received an Approval from the Croatian National Bank authorizing the Bank to include the profit recorded in the period from January 01 to June 30, 2021 into the calculation of common tier-1 equity as per December 31, 2021 in the Bank's unconsolidated audited reports, up to a maximum of HRK 146,676,546.76, less all foreseeable costs and dividends.

In this way, the Bank's capitalization continues to be strengthened, leveraging its further growth and development, as well as the activities with aim to comply with the future legal regulations prescribing the minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities (MREL).

This information is available to the public on the Bank's website, the Zagreb Stock Exchange, in the Official Register of Prescribed Information (HANFA) and has been submitted to HINA for publication.
