Laiki Capital Public Co Ltd (the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors will meet on November 13, 2014 to examine, among other subjects, the consolidated financial results of the Group (where "Group" means the Company and its subsidiary/associate companies) for the nine month period ended September 30, 2014.
The consolidated financial results of the Group will be announced to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission the next day.
