Laiki Capital Public Co Ltd (the "Company"), announces that its Board of Directors will meet on February 25, 2015 to examine, among other subjects, the Preliminary Results of the Group (where "Group" means the Company and its subsidiary, Laiki Financial Services Limited) for the year ended December 31, 2014.
The Preliminary Results of the Group will be announced to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission the next day.
