Portfolio Update as at 1 February 2023

The Company notes that there has been a material adjustment to the valuation of an investment from the unquoted portfolio managed by SV Health Managers LLP in which the Company is invested.

The net asset value of the Company will therefore increase by £2.9m ($3.6m) which corresponds to 7p per share uplift and will be incorporated into today's unaudited net asset value (calculated on the AIC basis
