INDIVIOR PLC ("Indivior") announces that on January 31, 2023 it purchased for cancellation the following number of its ordinary shares of $0.50 each through Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited.

Indivior intends to cancel all of the purchased shares.

Following the above transaction and cancellation of the purchased shares, Indivior has 136,291,476 ordinary shares with voting rights in issue. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury.
