In accordance with the DTR 5.6.1 the Company announces that as at 31st January 2023 the issued share capital of Redrow plc (the "Company") consisted of 330,770,245 ordinary shares of 10.5p each (excluding 8,568,069 shares held in Treasury).

330,770,245 represents the total number of voting rights in Redrow and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
