Availability of the preliminary financial results as of December 31, 2022

OMV Petrom S.A. announces its shareholders and investors that the OMV Petrom Group's report containing preliminary consolidated unaudited results for January - December and Q4 2022, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards, will be available on its website www.omvpetrom.com, at the Bucharest Stock Exchange (SNP symbol) and at the London Stock Exchange (PETB and PETR symbols), starting with February 2, 2023, 8:00 a.m. (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publishing of the OMV's (majority shareholder) results on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website www.omv.com.
