Our Company Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd announces that the Board of Directors has unanimously decided to appoint Mr. Andreas Loizou to the position of the CEO, as of 2.3.2015.

The retiring CEO, Mr Rolandos Loizou will continue to serve the Company from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and as a Special Advisor of the CEO.

Andreas Loizou undertakes to work with such commitment in order to fulfil the expectations of his new position and he aspires to develop fruitful relations with all the members of the Company for the continuance of the prosperous development of the Company.
