Subject: Board meeting for the approval of the Annual Financial Statements of Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited for the year ended December 31, 2014 and the Interim Management Report

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Ellinas Finance Public Company Ltd (the "Company"), will meet on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 to discuss the following:

• 1. Examination and approval of the Annual Financial Report for the year ended December 31, 2014.
• 1. Set the date for the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.
• 1. Examination and approval of the Interim Management Report for the Company published during the first half of the financial year 2015, in accordance with the Transparency Laws of 2007 to 2013.
