Meeting of the Board of Directors to examine and approve the audited final results for the year 2014

We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd will have a meeting on the 29th of April 2015 at 3:00pm to examine the following issues:

$1.$ Examination and approval of the audited final results for the year 2014.

To set a date for the Annual General Meeting for the year 2015. $2.$

The final results will be announced before the start of the stock exchange meeting on 30th of March 2015.
