Announcement

The Board of Directors of Interfund Investments PIc at its meeting which was held on 27 April 2015 at 11:00pm in Nicosia, discussed and approved the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2014.

The audited financial statements as they have been approved, do not show any significant variations in comparison to the provisional results for the year, as they have been published on 29 January 2015.

Copies of the audited Financial Statements, the Directors' Report and the Auditor's Report there on, shall be available at the Company's registered office in Limassol, Constantinou Paleologou 24, tel 25341122 and will be also available at the CSE's website, at www.cse.com.cy.

The Board decided than the Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on 29 July 2015.. Notices convening the meeting shall be send in due course.
