Subject: Information on constituent Supervisory Board meeting held (inside information)

Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, personal identification number OIB 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), hereby informs that the 1 st constituent Supervisory Board meeting in the new term was held yesterday on 17 June 2021.

The Supervisory Board members which were elected on General Assembly held on 21 April 2021 and the Supervisory Board member appointed by the Work council on 10 May 2021, all for a 4 - year term of office starting on 16 June 2021, elected the president and vice presidents of the Supervisory Board.

Acccording to the above mentioned, the Supervisory Board in the new 4-year term will consist of the following members: Gustav Wurmböck, the president, Franz Lanschützer and Mladen Markoč, vice presidents, members: Georg Eltz, Daniel Goldscheider and Boris Galić and Ivan Ergović, as employee representative.

Gustav Wurmböck, Franz Lanschützer, Mladen Markoč i Georg Eltz were on these functions in previous term.
