INDIVIOR PLC ("Indivior") announces that on January 25, 2023 it purchased for cancellation the following number of its ordinary shares of $0.50 each through Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited.

Following the above transaction and cancellation of the purchased shares, Indivior has 136,315,875 ordinary shares with voting rights in issue. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury.
