Directorate Update

Norcros, a market leading supplier of high quality and innovative bathroom and kitchen products, announces that Gary Kennedy, the Board Chair and a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from today is taking temporary leave of absence on health grounds.

David McKeith, the Senior Independent Director has assumed the role of acting Board Chair in the meantime. 

Mr McKeith commented:

"The Board of Norcros would like to wish Gary a full recovery.  I will act as Board Chair until he can resume his duties.''
