Transactions by persons performing managerial responsibilities

Pursuant to the Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, we hereby inform on acquisition of shares by persons performing managerial responsibilities.

Based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company under the ticker symbol ADPL, Associate to the Management Board Leo Bočkaj acquired 500 shares on May 14, 2021 at a price of HRK 184,91 per share as award for successful work in 2020. Acquired shares represent 0.01 percent of the Company's share capital, and after these transactions he owns a total of 2.004 shares.

Based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company under the ticker symbol ADPL, Associate to the Management Board Matko Serdarević acquired 500 shares on May 14, 2021 at a price of HRK 184,91 per share as award for successful work in 2020. Acquired shares represent 0.01 percent of the Company's share capital, and after these transactions he owns a total of 500 shares.
